Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email or post.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that our products are made to order. We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or printing error. Returns due to incorrect size selection are not accepted as a valid reason for return — please consult our size guide before ordering.
